Andrew Koeman Named to the Best Lawyers in Canada List for Family Law

Mincher Koeman would like to congratulate Andrew Koeman, one of its founding partners, on being named to the 2025 Best Lawyers in Canada list for Family Law. 

Andrew began his career working as a Crown Prosecutor in the Specialized Prosecutions Branch and gained extensive experience working on complex economic crimes. He then began exclusively practicing family law and focused on complex and high-net-worth property division matters. He helps clients trace and value assets to clarify complicated property and financial disputes. Andrew also helps clients resolve complex child and spousal support matters when income is derived from privately held corporations or sources outside typical employment. 

Andrew has a particular interest in appellate work and provides clients with cost-effective options for appeals. He has argued cases before various levels of court in Alberta and, to promote cost-effective and amicable resolutions, also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution methods, including arbitration.
