Book a ConsulationBailey is a Student-at-Law at Mincher Koeman where she is building her practice with a focus on family law, particularly in matters involving complex property division and asset tracing. Her attention to detail, client-focused mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities make her a valued contributor in high-stakes divorces with complex financial aspects.
Bailey obtained her LLB from the University of Exeter where she was an active and engaged student leader. Bailey was appointed as captain of the University’s basketball team, a founding member of the Exeter Commercial Awareness Society, and selected as a Commercial Law student representative. While at Exeter, she also gained practical legal experience through pro bono work with the Access to Justice Clinic, Student Tenancy Review, and the Freedom Law Clinic.
Prior to articling, Bailey worked in a start-up company in London, England where she drafted commercial contracts and collaborated with all internal teams including finance and business intelligence. This commercial background informs her practical understanding and approach to corporate structures and financial disclosure in family law disputes.
Bailey is particularly interested in the intersection of family and corporate law, employing the skills and knowledge acquired through her experiences to bring a versatile and creative approach to client advocacy and legal strategy.
Outside of law, Bailey enjoys travelling, hiking, and spending time with her dog and her family.
