Abhinav was called to the Alberta Bar in 2024. A resident of Red Deer sin 2023 from his Articling days. Abhinav is based in our Red Deer office. Abhinav has been practicing in the areas of Divorce and Family Law, Real Estate and Business Law. Abhinav has successfully represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice and Court of King’s Bench in Divorce and Family Law matters involving issues related to Parenting, Guardianship, Child Support, Spousal Support and Division of Property.
Abhinav is deft at negotiations and takes a resolution oriented approach in litigation matters, ensuring the results achieved are not only positive, but also time and cost efficient for his clients. As a Real Estate practitioner, Abhinav ensures the clients, whether selling or buying a house, are fully informed of the terms of the contract, the process, timelines and costs involved.
When Abhinav is not at his desk drafting applications, reviewing Purchase Agreements or arguing before the court, you can find him hiking mountain trails, camping along the great lakes or angling!
