Ridhi was called to the Bar in India, where she practiced civil and corporate law. She also gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk in New Delhi, supporting the court through legal research, drafting, and case preparation. These experiences provided her with a solid foundation in litigation and advocacy.
After relocating to Calgary, Ridhi completed her National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) requirements and developed her experience within the Canadian legal system. She has worked with private firms and non-profit organizations across a range of areas, including personal injury, employment, and constitutional law, building strong skills in client service, legal drafting, and file management. She thrives on turning complex issues into clear, well-structured documents.
Prior to joining Mincher Koeman, Ridhi worked at a Canadian Regulatory Organization, where she supported Counsel on complex regulatory proceedings. Her work involved managing disclosure, organizing evidence, and assisting in case preparation, further strengthening her ability to handle detail-intensive and procedurally complex matters.
Drawing on her background across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions, she brings a versatile and thoughtful approach to client matters, with a focus on supporting clear strategy and practical, forward-moving outcomes.
Outside of work, Ridhi enjoys staying active through running, exploring hiking trails, and discovering new cuisines.
